- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office manager, Kellie, turned an awful, time consuming mess around. I have been telling my daughter to switch her insurance, told her what a great office this is. After, three attempts, Kellie was able to do, in minutes, what the staff had been unable to accomplish. Thank you Kellie, for your patience, and graciousness. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an issue with my policy and called to figure out what was going on. The woman I spoke to could not have been more rude to me if she tried. I am now looking for quotes for new insurance policies because I can't deal with such poor customer service anymore.
