  This was the worst massage experience I've ever had. First of all, they're very busy so you have to book far in advance. The only good thing I have to say is that they let me reschedule several times, which I appreciate. That being said, Aaron Perry, the lead massage therapist here, was very unprofessional. He was completely inappropriate and made me uncomfortable. During our initial discussion, he asked me an extensive amount of questions about my personal life (more than the typical icebreaker stuff), and then went on to say a number of vulgar things, for example, discussing his personal/professional relationship with Dr. Kraucak, telling me about prior illegal drug experiences, and that "every time an ambulance goes by" to the hospital across the street, he is reminded he has job security - who gloats over elderly people having medical problems??? He never stopped talking the entire time he massaged me, the atmosphere was awkward and uncomfortable and the massage itself was crap. Hands down the worst massage experience I've ever had. And I think Dr. Kraucak should break ties with this loser because he apparently knows how to run your practice better than you do and is bitter over your relationship. Ugh!
