- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪There has been some changes the past few months and not for the better. Although we had an appointment on the books for 4 days we never got to see the vet after waiting nearly 1.5 hrs while others with appointments after ours were taken back. The staff had no explanation for this and notified the office manager but she didn't even bother to come out to talk to us. After waiting 7 more minutes, we left and you would think someone would call us - nope. Only when I called about 30 minutes later to get our dogs records transferred to the vet clinic Dr Fox went to, did the office manager finally apologize but still no explanation.March 11, 2017by JR Janks
