- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Suntrust charges unjustified fees to their account holders. My personal issue concerned an overdraft fee caused by an unauthorized transaction from an online business. I reported this as a fraudulent charge. The business acknowledged its mistake and refunded the money. Suntrust, however, refused to refund the overdraft fee, even though the charge was unauthorized. I was told, in person by the branch manager, "We do not refund account fees unless Suntrust is at fault for the mistake."December 04, 2016by A Google User
